- **Looking for a Sales Lead with strong leadership skills and who is comfortable with the following**:_
- Facilitate counter sales, cashiering and cash handling with integrity and detail.
- Ensure successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull promotional activity.
- Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified customer service staff.
- Help maintain the standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures.
- Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store.
- Always be pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience in a retail, or counter sales position is preferred, but no required.
- Experience leading a team of employees is preferred, but not required.
- Be able to successfully identify auto parts visually.
- **PICK-n-PULL hire is contingent upon clearing a pre-employment drug screen, assessment and background check **_
