Black Fly Beverage Company is a fast-growing producer of spirit-based beverages and provider of value-added services to the beverage industry with a manufacturing plant in London, Ontario, sales teams and retail distribution throughout Canada. This position is at Black Fly’s London, Ontario plant and will be a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Working on weekends and at night will be required depending on the time of the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of 4-8 individuals to run a production line
- Become familiar with all machines/processes involved in our state-of-the-art production facility (injection molding, stretch blow molding, high-speed conveyance, counter-pressure filling, capping, seaming, robotic end-of-line packaging, product transfer lines, product blending/mixing lines, etc.)
- Meet daily bottle/can production quotas
- Troubleshoot equipment to ensure production line stays operational
- Ensure that consumables are properly requisitioned for the day and equipment does not run out
- Work closely with the Plant Manager, Supervisors, and Industrial Millwrights to optimize plant throughput
- Act as an ambassador for Heath and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP
- Prepare production-related paperwork for the shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
