**Here's what we're looking for**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual as a contractor cleaning agent for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday late evenings. The office is located in Montreal, in the Griffintown area.

As a cleaning agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our premises, ensuring that all areas are impeccable and well-organized.

We value individuals who take initiative and pay attention to details, as the quality of your work will directly contribute to creating a pleasant and professional environment.

**Your daily tasks include**:

- Dusting and thorough cleaning of offices, including tables, chairs, and other furniture, as well as window sills and similar surfaces;
- Cleaning and disinfecting common surfaces, including refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, door handles, light switches, computer equipment (computers, screens, keyboards, mice), telephones, radiators, moldings, etc;
- In the kitchen and dining area, cleaning countertops, sinks, faucets, and cabinet doors;
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher, and collecting cups or plates in common areas;
- Maintaining and disinfecting toilets, ensuring the replacement of sanitary consumables in dispensers, such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soaps;
- Cleaning mirrors;
- Adding water and disinfectant to a floor drain;
- Emptying trash bins and recycling, and ensuring proper waste disposal;
- Cleaning floors, including vacuuming floors and carpets and mopping;
- Managing inventory of cleaning products and accessories;
- Watering and maintaining plants.
