**Landscape Crew Supervisor**
- REQUIREMENTS:_

1) MUST have a **class-5 driver's license**, and be able to pull trailers (or willing to learn).
2) MUST be available on your phone each morning **by 6am** (weekdays).
3) MUST be able to meet crews **on-site by 7am** (weekdays).
- IMPORTANT to note:_
3-4 days per week **you will be working with the crews,**_**in-the-field**_**, doing the physical work with them**.
- 1-2 days per week you will be woring **in the office (Aldergrove)**, doing admin work / management.

- Deliverables and accountabilities:_
- Meet staff on sites at 7am.
- Operate and manage crews working in the field.
- Managing projects, and administrative tasks.
- Provide ongoing training. Maintaining culture and positive relationship with staff.
- 3-4 days per week **you will be working with the crews,**_**in-the-field**_**, doing the physical work with them**.
- 1-2 days per week you will be woring **in the office (Aldergrove)**, doing admin work / management.
- Manage teams, in your designated area.
- Monitor staff to make sure SOP for services are being followed. Pick 1 or 2 SOPs to assess with staff and follow up with training as needed, to maximize efficiency on the sites.
- Maintain team unity, and report issues or concerns to your manager. Motivate staff and monitor motivation levels.
- Discuss and plan the next week of work. Schedules, and road closure plan.
- Daily ensure crews know where to be next and provide with training and resources to complete jobs.
- Organize teams and send teams to jobs where efficiency is maximized.
- Report updates at weekly meetings with Operations Manager. Keep Operations Manager up to date on current schedule.
- Make sure staff have the correct training for equipment, and or anything else that is required to complete the jobs are completed efficiently.
- Weekly confirm timesheets are correct. Correct as needed.
- Ensure jobs are done completely, and on schedule.
- Track completed jobs. With full updated list by end of day Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Provide pricing for any additional work requests. Or work with estimator for larger projects/quotes.
- Weekly on Tuesday provide office team with the reports necessary so they can send schedule to clients. And so, we can bill accordingly.
- Daily by 4:30 pm let staff know where to be tmrw. Friday by 4:30 pm make sure they know where to be on Monday.
- Hours of Work_

The Employee’s typical hours that they should be available for work is 6:00 AM - 4:00PM Monday - Friday. The Employee will be provided 30 minute paid lunch break.

During snow season the expectation is to be available at odd hours, sometimes at night to manage snow teams as needed when it snows.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
