We are looking for a **Brand Representative** who will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products directly to consumers. You will work closely with management to achieve marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, representing the brand, and increasing sales at our events and campaigns.

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales representative, or other similar roles would be an asset, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

**Brand Representative Responsibilities**:

- Act as the face of the brand, maintain positive brand representation, and actively promote products.
- Working closely with management to ensure events and campaigns run smoothly and sales targets are hit.
- Inform and educate customers about products, product features, and product benefits with the goal of closing sales.
- Building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service and positive interactions.
- Encourage sales of products by performing product demonstrations where applicable.

**Brand Representative Requirements**:

- Experience in a brand ambassador role, sales role, promotions role, marketing role, or related is preferred.
- Experience working with customers in person.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality while engaging with customers.

**Salary**: $2,600.00-$3,200.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
