**The Opportunity**:
**What you will do**:

- Prepare and mix chemical batches according to standardized formulations and production schedules.
- Operate and monitor automated mixing systems, pumps, tanks, and transfer lines.
- Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and documentation of raw materials and finished batches.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues with mixing systems, sensors, and control panels.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of compounds to the dipping line.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust formulations or parameters as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mixing room and chemical storage areas.
- Record batch data, deviations, and corrective actions in production logs or digital systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for process deviations.

**What you will bring**:

- Fluent in English (oral and written) is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical mixing or batch processing in a nitrile glove manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nitrile glove production, polymer mixing, or coating formulations
- Able to work in shift.
- Familiarity with automated mixing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and process instrumentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret SOPs, MSDS, and technical documentation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system monitoring.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.at we offer
