- What you will do
- Draft QRTs and DMCs jointly with the site supervisor
- Daily updates of tracking tables (QRT/DMC, PEX-PIE, RNC, Concrete Pouring, OP, etc.)
- Request, follow-up, and submission of documents for site deliverables (DAF, DAT, Samples, Reports, AST)
- Follow-up with designers regarding delayed responses
- Attend the meetings with the site supervisor and write meeting minutes
- Draft PEXs for weekend work
- Perform quantity take-offs on site for monthly progress billing reviews
- Actively participate in subcontractor coordination, methods, and quality
- Prepare documentation for administrative/mobilization and site kick-off meetings
- Possibility to present administrative/mobilization and site kick-off meetings
- Maintain an intern experience log

This role could be for you if you have
- Enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management program.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn on-site.
- Passionate about construction and making an impact.

Start date: January 12, 2026
