**Job description**

Cantex Painting is looking to hire full-time, experienced painter to work on residential, commercial, interior and exterior projects. We specialize in high-end residential painting with a strong reputation around town. We have a solid team and we're looking to add a long term member. We offer full time work through the winter and offer top end wages $24.00 - $32.00 an hour depending on your experience and qualifications. We will provide you with a safe, clean and team-oriented work environment. Plenty of room for growth and benefits.

Applicant Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the painting trade
- Positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
- Superb customer service skills
- Own Vehicle transportation (plus)
- Cell phone
- Own Set of small tools. (supplied)
- Clean white pants and sleeved t-shirts (supplied).
- General knowledge of the steps in the painting process
- Knowledge and skills to perform prep work (caulking, drywall repairs, etc.)
- Brush experience and ability to cut straight lines without tape
- Skills to roll walls and efficiently back roll behind a sprayer
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding.
- Sprayer experience is a bonus
- Experience running job sites is a bonus

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
