Renovo skin and body care clinic is looking for medical sales consultant for our new location in Oakville

Do you have what it takes? - Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Technician (required)

- Act as the brand ambassador for our practice, representing our commitment to excellence and personalized care.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by actively driving sales and promoting our medical aesthetic services. Revenue target range is between $250k-550k monthly, depending on location.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, compassion, and friendliness in every interaction.
- Increase sales through marketing and patient consultation both direct and indirect (via Video Consult)

**Requirements**:

- 2 years, previous experience in consultative selling, preferably in the Medical Aesthetic Industry or high-end luxury services.
- A deep understanding of medical aesthetic procedures such as body sculpting, liposuction, body contouring, laser surgery, botox, and wellness treatments is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills combined with excellent follow up and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
- Confidence, approachability, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology & computers (CRM tools, Phone Systems, Video Consultation)
- Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines and deliverables in order to meet and exceed sales performance targets & clinic expectations.
- Proven track record of educating prospective clients on features and benefits, overcoming objections, exceeding sales targets & sales performance goals.
- Demonstrated experience in caring for patients in a health care or wellness setting (Plastic Surgery, Medical Wellness, Laser Surgery, Medical Spa, or similar healthcare or wellness setting)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5H 1E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
