**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform siding installation and ensure proper alignment and fastening.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications.
- Work with drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Fabricate custom woodwork as required for specific projects.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for transporting materials and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches accurately.
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
