**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload construction materials and distribute them on site
- Prepare and clean up job sites, including removing debris and sweeping
- Assist with framing, siding, insulation, drywall, and other residential tasks
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Help install windows, doors, flooring, and other building materials
- Follow site safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support carpenters and other trades with general labour as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Prior construction or general labour experience
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment or independently
