**Shamrock Animal Hospital** is currently welcoming a full-time dependable and caring **Technician Assistant and Client Care Representative** to join our team This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our pet parents and patients
- Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
- Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services
- Answer a multiline phone system and track and schedule appointments effectively
- Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, obtaining pet owner confirmation, and processing payments
- General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
- Compassionate and nurturing attitude
- Take initiative and work independently
- Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) certification is an asset but not required
- Previous customer service or front desk experience in hospitality is an asset but not required
