Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our customers facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Perform routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Residential and commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$26.59 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
