**What you’ll do**
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment using aseptic techniques to ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Assist chairside during procedures, providing support to dentists and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage the inventory of dental supplies and materials, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and ready for use.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for efficient patient management.
- Conduct X-ray imaging when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed for both patients and staff.
- Monitor vital signs as needed, providing essential information to the dental team during patient care.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming environment for patients, particularly in pediatric settings.

**Basic qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
- Experience with infection control practices in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation processes

**Preferred qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment
- Proficiency in using 3D scanners and other advanced dental technologies
- Understanding of prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry practices
