**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Order parts for technicians

**Requirements**:

- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain repair procedures to customers preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other staff members

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
