Position Summary:
Responsible for evaluation of students' term assignments and final exams. Term assignment will be a case study on developing an empirically driven talent identification and development system. Responsible for offering feedback in real time (forum or virtual meetings) to students throughout the semester about the term assignments or the content of the course when they have questions. Requirements: Must be thorough, diligent and consistent.
Qualifications:
- _Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Physical and Health Education, Psychology or equivalent._
- _Strong knowledge of determinants of sport performance;_
- _Strong interest in high-performance sports;_
- _Working knowledge of motor and psychological development;_
- _Strong writer and communicator;_
- _Strong critical thinking._
