**Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

Bee By The Sea Canada Inc. is a Canadian natural skincare company dedicated to quality, wellness, and community. As we continue to grow and expand our reach across North America, we are looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our wholesale and retail business streams.

This role will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with leadership to deliver engaging campaigns, sales activation, and product support.

Marketing & Digital
- Manage all social media channels and online communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
- Create visual and video content to support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Maintain a social media calendar and ensure regular, scheduled posting across platforms.
- Oversee website maintenance, including updating product listings, refreshing the homepage, and activating sales/promotions.

Collaboration & Support
- Liaise with tech support and digital marketing contractors to keep online systems and campaigns running smoothly.
- Provide wholesale sales reps and accounts with marketing support for special/custom requests.
- Assist with product launches by creating promotional content, supporting campaigns, and coordinating assets.
- Support tradeshows: visual marketing materials, in-booth sales support, and post-show follow-up.
- Attend in-person meetings when required to support collaboration, planning, or events.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the sales and marketing team.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, customer-focused content.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok an asset).
- Creative eye for visuals and basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and excited about natural wellness and lifestyle products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
