Turbocharger Technician Trainee

Dave's Diesel specialises in rebuilding turbochargers. We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Turbocharger Rebuild Technician.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Clean, tear down, assemble and test Diesel Engine turbochargers.
- Tear down of cleaned assemblies using hand and small power tools as needed.
- To clean incoming turbocharger components.
- Uses computer systems and software to control test processes and record data.
- Uses measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and indicators.
- Uses various tools and equipment to test and balance turbochargers.
- Uses various tools and equipment to assemble turbochargers.

**Requirements**:

- Technical ability required and past experience a plus.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
- Physically capable of moving, bending, stretching, lifting, climbing, etc.
- Detail oriented, results driven, fosters teamwork, able to handle time and output pressure, gives feedback and maintains a safe work and healthy work environment.
- This position requires the employees to stand for most of the day at a work station.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
