Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Imaging Technician to join our client.
**Contract Period**: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
**Pay Rate**: $17.20 per hour
**Location**: Waterloo, ON
**Location Type**:Onsite
**Business Hours**: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM (flexible)
**Responsibilities**:
- Printing and processing of outgoing mail, courier, policy contracts and cheques destined to client’s customers and Advisors.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between Document Management Services and internal partners.
- Maintain a consistent workflow with the ability to set priorities and work within tight deadlines to meet all Service Level Agreements, which in turn directly impacts the ability for Business Units to process their work.
- Once fully trained the incumbent will also be responsible for the training of new staff within the Document Management team.
**Experience & Qualification Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience
- This role requires lifting scanned boxes approximately 20-30 lbs.
- Proficiency in MS office, strong PC skills
- Tech savvy and quick learner who can pick up on internal systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
