**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Maintain open lines of communication with your manager & customers
- Complete paperwork accurately pertaining incoming and outgoing inventory
- Scheduling service calls with customers
- Advise customers of work performed, general equipment condition & future repair requirements
- Operate equipment used for testing and diagnosing purposes
- Diagnose and repair fitness equipment with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with appropriate department for ordering of fitness parts
- Installation of accessories and equipment
- Other tasks as required
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Mechanically inclined with technical knowledge on fitness equipment operations (considered an asset)
- Competent computer skills
- Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
- Self-motivated and Results-oriented
- Must be accountable, reliable and have good problem solving skills
- Organized with ability to balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Ability to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your own
- Ability to safely lift heavy products, with team lifts over 100 lbs.
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
