**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Server**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests regularly.
- Upsell specials and menu items when appropriate.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.

**As a Bartender**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests at the bar to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol service (varies by location).
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Smart Serve, TIPS, or equivalent alcohol service certification.
- Food Handler certification.
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.71 per hour
