**PPG is hiring a Full Time Assembly Line Operator with an Opportunity to Build Your Career** **Great Pay Plus Employees Paid Weekly** **Starting Pay: $19.41 an hour - ($0.72/hr pay increase for working evening shifts)** **The hours for this position are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM; 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM; Weekends** As a **Full-Time Line Operator**, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives **Some of your job responsibilities may include**: - Your work will involve blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings. - Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers - You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place - Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process - Load materials into production machines - Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products - Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies - Clean production equipment and work areas - Report to the Line Leader **Qualifications**: - Must be at least 18 years of age - You will need to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly - Stand for long periods of time - Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - Available to work rotating shifts, work any job, and possible overtime **Do you want to add a little color to your career?
