**Overview**:
**Qualifications**:

- Registered with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Five (5) years of core experience and technical/clinical background in medical imaging.
- Four (4) years of management/leadership experience involving medical imaging.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with radiologists, physicians, and inter-team members.
- Has the ability to provide guidance, support, and critical analysis in clinical situations.
- High level of initiative and self-direction.
- Knowledge of regulations under the Provincial Statutes as they relate to patient information, release procedures, and patient's rights.
- Financial and business acumen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing day-to-day operational leadership for clinical and administrative portfolios.
- Accountable for employee engagement (recruitment, performance, management, and staff retention)
- Fosters a safe environment for staff and patients in collaboration with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor key imaging metrics.
- Collaborate with hospitals developing a synergistic relationship.
- Prepare and monitor expense/revenue budgets, new program initiatives and procurement activities.
- Oversee vendor relationships.
