**Job Overview**

We are seeking a full-time Product Data Manager to develop Convoy’s product data systems and strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would love the challenge of creating systems, policies, and procedures for a large and complex product master. Critical to the role will also be the imminent implementation of a PIM system and data preparation and integration with a new eCommerce/customer portal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing systems, procedures, and policies for data management
- Defining rules and establishing access rights
- Managing implementation of Akeneo PIM (Product Information Management software)
- Developing data mapping, integrate and maintain product data uploads into Magento (part of eCommerce Project)
- Assisting in product master clean up and development of best practices
- Maintaining and adapting existing solutions
- Managing the integrity and validity of the information contained in the PIM
- Working with members of various departments such as Purchasing, IT, Operations, and Marketing as well as external consultants and supply partners
- Providing training and troubleshooting for staff
- Database and data maintenance
- Entering product details, descriptions
- Other projects related to development and use of product codes and data as required

**Qualifications**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience ideally in wholesale distribution

Competencies
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including superior skills in Excel
- Experience in RDBMS systems: like MS SQL
- ERP experience is an asset
- Experience with a Product Information Management System

- Strong business analysis
- Absolute attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up and documenting skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Able to work both independently and part of a team
- Experience creating and delivering effective training
- Willingness to learn company’s products, platforms, and regulations
- Bilingualism a strong asset (French, English)
