We are The Crossing Group, a leader in the world of trenchless construction. Our executives and board members travel frequently across North America for work and the nature of that work sometimes means that it is not efficient to use standard commercial airlines.

We are looking for a pilot, and not just any pilot, our pilot. You are someone that has the interest in being THE PILOT for a dynamic company that has grown for decades and will continue to grow for the foreseeable future. You derive value from knowing that you are going to have a solid career, based out of the Greater Edmonton Area. You will be flying between 10-30 hours a month with that number fluctuating over time, and will be responsible for all aspects of flight readiness of the aircraft and acting as the single pilot solution for our team.

**What you will do**:

- North American operations with a variety of destinations
- Our aircraft is a single pilot rated jet aircraft with Garmin avionics.
- Provide a high level of service to a small group of professionals and executive team members
- Post flight duties include aircraft grooming and prep for next flight
- There may be additional duties for someone with additional skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Annual and ongoing training

**What you bring**:

- Canadian Commercial pilot license
- Must carry an existing rating to fly jet aircraft
- Ideally Experience with Garmin avionics systems
- Ideally experienced on Embraer and/or Cessna jet aircraft
- Exceptional customer service experience and problem solving skills
- Positive team attitude and collaborative style
