Job Summary:
Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is looking for a full-time, results-driven Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our team in Scarborough, ON. In this position, you will professionally and expertly advise commercial fleet customers on the best service options to meet their requirements. This is an individual contributor role and the compensation is $37,000 to $80,000 Plus depending on experience per year and paid biweekly.

**Must have at least 3-5 Years of automotive service advisor experience**

Compensation & Benefits:

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately diagnose and develop repair orders for customers
- Inventory, reorder and assure availability of parts and supplies
- Develop/maintain positive customer relations
- Crete estimates and maintain customer records
- Ensure customer records match work orders accurately
- Monitor customer’s account to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain schedules and service orders for customers

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Ontario drivers Liscence
- Previous experience in a commercial fleet service setting preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and servicing
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
