**Host/Expo**: Our Hosts and Hostess are our first line of customer service as they are the first people the Guests see when they walk in the building. Their interaction with the guests helps to set the tone for our Guests experince Our Expoditors plays the important role of making sure the food goes out to the Guests hot and correctly. Smiling, and with an upbeat attitude, they ensure that our guests receive the best meals whether it be for dine in or take out. They are responsible for ensuring that orders are made correctly, communitcating needs to the HOH and being a laison for the servers. They will also be expected to run food to tables and to perform some host duties such as answering phones and greeting guests when necessary. The Host/Expo is accountable for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience with their meals from start to finsih. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
