We’re currently hiring **Full-Time and Part-Time Active Lifestyle Department Leads** to join our team and bring their energy, knowledge, and love for adventure to our customers and community.

**You Get To**:

- Deliver exceptional sales and customer service experiences
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge and firsthand experiences while driving sales.
- Manage merchandising to ensure your department looks sharp
- Work with a team of like-minded and motivated individuals
- Greet customers and provide guidance on items that will fit their unique needs
- Advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services
- Execute store tasks and upkeep such as visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, seasonal changeover, and inventory
- Constantly learn and grow in your role.
- Participate in promotional activities and local events
- Represent the company with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Have the need to succeed
- Love People; working with them, helping them, building strong relationships with them
- A genuine team player, we are one team
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Passionate about Ski, Snowboard, Bike and/or Run
- Enjoy challenges and rewards
- Display strong verbal/ written communication skills
- Possess proven sales experience and demonstrated success
- Highly motivated and able to work without supervision
- Customer service experience
