**Responsibilities**
- Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional service and product knowledge
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties efficiently and accurately
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities

**Skills**
- Strong leadership with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or grocery stores
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping
- Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and inventory control techniques
- Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence and conflict resolution
- Experience with sales management, marketing initiatives, and retail management strategies
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle shift management responsibilities
- Capable of supervising staff with a focus on team management and employee engagement
