Associate Dentist

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, scaling and root planing,
- Utilize dental software systems such as Paradigm and Carestream for patient management and record keeping.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid RCDSO dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Paradigm and Carestream.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
