Site Forman

**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Forman to join our team at SiteEx Inc. This role is pivotal in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Forman will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating costs for upcoming projects.
- Utilize construction management software to track project timelines and budgets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Forman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools and software such as Bluebeam or ProCore is an asset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
