**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs or reporting issues to management.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding cleaning schedules and any special requirements.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
