A combination of studies and experience in business administration and accounting;
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles;
- Experience in completing reconciliations of accounts, detailed reports and other finance materials;
- Knowledge or experience working with and maintaining database records and electronic files;
- Knowledge or experience working with inventory systems;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Experience using MuniWare or other accounting software is highly desirable;
- Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation;
- Recognized Payroll courses or previous experience working on payroll considered an asset;
- Knowledge or experience using GIS mapping systems considered an asset;
- Certificate in Manitoba Municipal Administration (CMMA) or be willing to obtain this designation (RM sponsored training)

The RM of St. Clements offers a starting wage at Clerk 3 level of $21.33 increasing annually to $25.82 in three years. Also included is a comprehensive benefits and pension package.

Pay: $21.33 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
