We are seeking a **Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual)**to join our Collage team, offering flexibility in location. Our Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual) plays a crucial role in the client journey. Your deep knowledge of the Collage platform paired with your thoughtful needs analysis shapes the client experience from the day they say YES to Collage **The Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual) will**: - Build individualized project plans for each client by assessing needs and goals. - Provide in-depth training on Collage platform tools and features via video and phone. - Work to ensure maximum activation and retention of Collage clients, new and tenured. - Own and resolve client questions from start to finish. - Provide training to existing clients on platform features. - Work across the organization to provide a great customer experience. - Provide excellent customer service along with HR technology support and guidance. **T**o be successful**as a**Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual)**with Collage, you will need**: - Full fluency in French and English. - 2+ years of SaaS implementation and/or customer service experience. - Completion of a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience. - High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can do" attitude both virtually and in person. - A curiosity for and love of technology, and the ability to pick up and teach new tools quickly. - High degree of ownership and commitment, taking pride in a job well done. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills. - Professional customer service experience in a B2B software environment. - Professional experience utilizing tools such as MAC O/S, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, 1password, Intercom, Zoom. **What's in it for you**: - Learn by working alongside our experts - Extended health care and dental benefits - A retirement savings plan with company contributions - A suite of Health & Wellness offerings - Mental Health programs and support for you and your family - Assistance for the completion of industry designations - Competitive compensation Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 At People Corporation we are committed to helping businesses succeed.
