**Job Title**: Project Manager

**Overview**

Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd is an Edmonton-based solar PV contracting company, with offices in Kamloops, BC, and Calgary, AB. Kuby Energy services Western and Northern Canada, providing full-service residential and commercial solar power and energy storage solutions. In this rapidly growing industry, Kuby is looking for someone with a strong desire to grow with us as a company and facilitate clean energy solutions across Canada.

**Position Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the full lifecycle management of renewable energy projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project duration.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal management, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and address any project-related concerns.
- Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to renewable energy project management.
- Other Duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of Management (Foreman Or Supervisor) experience.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Journeyperson electrician ticket.
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry in Alberta & BC.
- Residential & Commercial building electrical knowledge.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- PMP designation (or working towards).
- Degree or Diploma in a field related to project management.
- Solar Specific Knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$900,000.00 per year
