In this role, you will manage multiple glazing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work with clients, contractors and our team to guarantee successful project execution, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of glazing projects, including curtain walls, glass facades, and custom glazing systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Lead project teams and ensure clear communication between clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and contractors, addressing any concerns or adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in project management within the glazing or construction industry.
- Technical knowledge of glazing systems, including curtain walls, storefronts, and structural glass.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skillset to work effectively with clients, and construction teams.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- PMP certification is an asset, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
