Summary

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert agronomic advice to customers regarding crop production and management.
- Introduce company offerings to new prospects and build lasting relationships
- Assist in developing tailored solutions for farmers to improve yield and sustainability.
- Stay updated on the latest agricultural trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct field visits to assess crop conditions and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote agronomic products and services.
- Assist with product delivery, ordering, and logistics coordination as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of crop production practices and soil management.
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) achievement is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field assessments as needed.
- Manage flexible hours to support growers during peak seasons
