**Overview**
We are a small, boutique residential interior design studio. We take great care in creating an exceptional and thoughtful experience for our clients—from first inquiry to project completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Assist with financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across all functions
- Manage quarterly HST filing, ensuring accuracy in all submitted reports and compliance with CRA requirements, and assist Accounting team
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in collaboration with project managers and designers.
- Screen potential clients for good fit regarding budget and other factors.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare clear reports
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Experience in the Interior Design Field, especially a knowledge of Studio Designer, is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
