Job description

TranceVape Canada is now hiring a full-time sales associate We specialise in personal vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.

As a salesperson at TranceVape, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate gear to fit their lifestyles.
- Must be 19 or older-Must be legally authorised to work in the Canada
- Customer service skills, including problem solving and respectfully handling customer complains/issues
- Strong work ethic and ability to act independently and remotely
- Customer service skills & mindset
- Team-Player with a positive attitude
- Exceptional relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- 1- 2 years vape experience preferred
- Ability to stand for approximately 6-8 hours
- Works independently with little or no supervision.

**Job Duties**
- Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual’s requirements
- Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
- Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product
- Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area tidy

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant product knowledge and training

Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Vape Store: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
