Pool Technician

**Pool Technician - Jack of All Trades**

We are looking for a **hands-on, problem-solving Pool Technician** to join our team If you have a knack for troubleshooting, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, and working independently, this job is for you. **Prior experience is a plus but not required**—we value a strong work ethic and the ability to learn on the job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance** - Clean pool surfaces, skim debris, vacuum, and ensure proper water chemistry.
- **Leak Detection & Plumbing Repairs** - Identify leaks, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and maintain pumps, filters, and heaters.
- **Diagnostics & Technical Repairs** - Inspect and repair pool equipment, including chlorinators and control systems.
- **Customer Service & Communication** - Interact with clients, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
- **Record Keeping & Compliance** - Maintain logs of services performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Jack of All Trades** - Experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, or general maintenance is a plus.
**Mechanical Aptitude** - Ability to troubleshoot and fix pool-related equipment.
**Detail-Oriented & Independent** - Can work efficiently without supervision.
**Strong Problem-Solving Skills** - Ability to diagnose issues and find solutions.
**Willingness to Learn** - Even if you don’t have direct experience, we’ll train you
**Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation** - Ability to travel to job sites.

**Preferred but Not Required**:

- Experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
- Certification in pool operation or maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
