**Schedule: Friday and Sunday: 12pm - 8 pm**

Tori’s Bakeshop opened in March 2012 as Toronto’s first vegan café, baking fresh daily with natural, organic, seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Each baked good with a rustic flourish that best accentuates the natural beauty of the prominent flavour profile. Baked fresh daily, each item is hand-made with love in a positive teamwork environment.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using commercial equipment to bake off all products daily.
- Making Batter/dough from scratch
- Decorate finished goods according to our gold standards
- Package the goods according to our order instructions, ensuring that everything is presentation is standard across the variant
- Label and box the finished goods according to the order received to ensure that they are ready to be picked up by distribution team
- Ensure our facility remains clean and up to standards
- Ensure health and safety standards are met and the surroundings are nice and clean.
- Restock shelves. Be able to lift 25 lbs daily.
- Needs to be able to lift 80 qt mixer bowl

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years experience in the food industry **is required.**
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Efficient time management skills in a multitasking environment
- Friday and Sunday is required
