La Financière Banque Nationale inc. (« FBN ») cherche à embaucher un-e ingénieur-e stagiaire, un-e géologue stagiaire ou un-e technologue pour un rôle d’analyste au sein de l’équipe Acquisitions et désinvestissements du groupe Financement des sociétés dans le secteur de l’énergie de FBN. À titre d’analyste, tu participeras activement à un large éventail de transactions menées par des membres de la haute direction de l’équipe Acquisitions et désinvestissements. Tu prendras part aux affaires de la firme et approfondiras tes connaissances du secteur Financement des sociétés.
**Ton rôle**
- Préparer et formater les documents pour les réunions avec les client-e-s, comme les présentations techniques et les documents de présentation
- Fournir des évaluations techniques et réviser les actifs pétroliers et gaziers.
- Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur le secteur et les sociétés.
- Assister et participer aux présentations avec les client-e-s.

FBN est une firme de services de courtage de plein exercice entièrement intégrée maintenant une forte présence à l’échelle nationale et des capacités internationales. Ayant une réputation établie sur les marchés nord-américains, FBN se donne pour mandat d’ajouter des ressources de haut calibre à son groupe Financement des sociétés. Ce groupe est constitué de 170 professionnelles et professionnels situés dans des bureaux à Montréal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver et New York. Le groupe Financement des sociétés de la FBN est en plein essor depuis quelques années et connaît une solide croissance en ce qui concerne le flux de propositions d’investissement.
Le groupe Financement des sociétés dans le secteur de l’énergie de FBN cherche à embaucher un-e analyste pour travailler à partir de son bureau de Calgary. Joins-toi à une équipe de six personnes très motivées qui relèvent du directeur général de l’équipe Acquisitions et désinvestissements.
**Prérequis**
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme en génie ou en géologie, combiné à un intérêt pour les finances et l’économie
- Un à trois ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pétrolière et gazière en amont; expérience essentielle en évaluation des ressources et toute expérience des services bancaires d’investissement, de la recherche sur les actions, des marchés de capitaux ou de l’énergie ou des infrastructures, un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le calcul et l’analyse, un grand souci du détail et de la précision.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à bâtir des relations d’affaires de confiance
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication en anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit)
- Maîtrise exceptionnelle de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Word
- Expérience avec geoSCOUT, Value Navigator, Mosaic considérée comme un atout.
