**Description**

Our Client is seeking a Junior - Intermediate Project Manager with HCM knowledge and experience to work on multiple projects.

This role is hybrid (2-3 days in office) - preferred.

Fully remote may be considered.

Under no circumstances are contractors allowed to work / work remotely outside the borders of Canada at any time.

Must be Canadian resident to apply.

- HCM, SuccessFactors, Sodales, PROSCI, PMP

**Type**
- Contract

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Degree or Professional Certification.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Human Capital Management (HCM) knowledge and experience preferred.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Sodales, Workforce Scheduling, and other HCM modules considered an asset
- PROSCI certification is preferred for change management roles.
- Project Management designation preferred.

**Location**
- Edmonton/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 6 months with possibility of extension
