**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze customer requests
- Prepare and submit accurate pricings
- Enter information into the ERP system with precision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and assist them with any inquiries they have
- Request pricing from different vendors
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations
- Other duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements
- One year or more experience in issuing quotations
- Experience with Office 365, Order Entry Software, and Internet Information Gathering/Research
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven fast paced environment
- Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Order Entry Software and Internet Information Gathering/Research
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, planning and team building skills
- Customer centric - Obsessive about providing excellent customer service.

Nice to Have
- Experience with AS400
