**About the role you’ll play**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Scheduling Supervisor will schedule jobs as they are approved, ensuring appropriate crew members and equipment are scheduled to complete the work in a safe and timely manner. You will communicate timelines and expectations with clients.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Performing all job related duties required to schedule jobs and communicate timelines with clients.
- Ensure crews have the skill set or certifications to complete the job.
- Ensure crews have appropriate equipment to safely and efficiently perform the job.
- Communicating with management about workload backlog or scheduling timelines.
- Sending out the schedule to the crews the day before so everyone knows what the next days expectations are.
- Schedule changes to accommodate client requests.
- Covering certain office manager duties around client services when office manager is off.
- Working as a team to accomplish company goals.

**Requirements**:

- This would be an ideal position for an arborist looking to move into a supervisory position. There would be the potential for some work in the field assisting with training and development of newer employees.
- Computer aptitude and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for organizing and establishing administration systems and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with a varied client base.
- Good people skills; self-motivated; willingness to work as a team.
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and orally.

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
