**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the role of the Service Administrator is to provide support and coverage where needed within the Service Department. The position requires flexibility and the willingness to learn to support other facets of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Close and book work orders
- Finalize and submit fleet work orders
- Handle purchase orders
- Ensure sublets are finalized for payment
- Assist on getting rental invoices paid
- Filing
- Be a safety advocate and report to management for anything seen that may be unsafe for either customers or employees
- Be willing to be trained in other jobs so the entire department is supported if needed

**Requirements**:

- Phone etiquette (answering phones, dealing with customers/vendors in a positive manner) is a must
- Bookkeeping, ADP, and dealership and collision industry experience would all be assets
- Is a self-starter, has multi-tasking and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and team building skills, problem solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills (including verbal, listening, and written)
- Knowledge of repair order bookings
- Dispatching knowledge is a plus
