For Experienced Trimmers & Arborists a Sign On Bonus of a total of $750 is available. $250 at successful completion of EHAP Exams and an additional $500 after 180 days of employment, with successful completion of the Foreman skill sets including a CDL and positive evaluation.

This is a year round, full time, outdoor, physical labor opportunity. Duties include: Climbing, manual removal of vegetation from work areas, running various forestry equipment and performing line clearance, pruning, and removals.

Qualified Utility Tree Worker with aerial lift experience.

Qualified Line Clearance Arborist.

Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. **CDL would be an asset.**
Must be able to work outside in various types of weather.

Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position.

Must be willing and able to run a bucket truck & operate equipment safely.

Must be willing and able to learn how to climb trees using the proper tools of the trade.
Must be willing and able to obtain an airbrake endorsement and CDL A or B license **(this is paid for by Lucas Tree Experts).**
Must be willing and able to obtain, and maintain licenses & certifications as required by the position to grow your career **(this is paid for by Lucas Tree Experts).**
Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical & drug screen as well as a background and motor vehicle check.

$750 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Line Clearance Arborists/ Foreman- Minimum of 6 months experience as bucket foreman
- Must attain Arborist trainee OTM level within the 90 days (supervisor sign off )
- Air Brake endorsement
- CDL license after 3 months
- Successful completion of EHAP certification within 5 days
- Successful completion of Supervisor Drive Along
- Completes 90 days of positive employment verified by Supervisor
