**What we’ll love about you**:
This role presents an opportunity for professional growth, allowing individuals to acquire the experience and knowledge necessary to excel in the field. As such, preference will be given to recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience in a construction-related discipline.
- A postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, architecture, or structural technology.
- Basic knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software.

**What you’ll work on**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will partner with experienced professionals to advance your skills while making meaningful contributions to the successful execution of construction projects. Under the guidance of senior team members, your duties will include:

- Coordinating activities to ensure project success, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Preparing reports and project-related paperwork.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risk.
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
