**Your Role...**:
As a Strategy Manager at ramarketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting brand, marketing, communications, and commercial strategies for life science companies—helping them sharpen their positioning, reach the right audiences, and grow with confidence.

This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about brand strategy and messaging, but curious enough to stretch into broader business consulting, shaping not just how clients show up, but how they evolve.

This could be the role for you if you have a versatile skillset—think market research, competitor analysis, value proposition development, and brand and communications planning. But that’s just the beginning. As we broaden our service offering to include areas like exit planning, internal communications, and commercial storytelling, we’re looking for individuals who are eager to grow alongside us, expanding their capabilities as we evolve as an agency and continue to support scaling life science companies in new and meaningful ways.

This role is ideal if you have experience in a fast-paced agency environment—bonus points if that’s in B2B or life sciences— and you’re motivated to deliver standout value across high-profile projects while also managing your client accounts and strategic initiatives.

You’ll be supported by a Strategy Lead and collaborate closely with our Customer Experience (Cx), Creative, and Digital teams. If you’re excited by the chance to help shape a growing strategy function within an ambitious, global agency, this is for you.

**What does a Strategy Manager do?**

**Leading Strategic Thinking**
- Own and deliver client strategy projects across strategic discovery, brand development, audience targeting, and go-to-market planning.
- Create and evolve strategic assets like value propositions, messaging frameworks, and launch roadmaps.
- Contribute to the growth of our strategic offer in areas such as internal comms, investor comms, and commercial storytelling.

**Client Engagement & Presentation**
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, challenging client thinking and shaping decision-making.
- Present insights, strategies, and recommendations confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Client Services, Creative, Cx, and Digital teams to bring strategies to life.

**Research & Insight Development**
- Conduct research via desk reviews, interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform strategy.
- Translate data and trends into actionable, insight-driven strategic plans.
- Stay current on life sciences industry developments to guide client and agency thinking.

**Agency Growth & Enablement**
- Support pitches, proposals, and new business efforts with strategic input.
- Develop reusable frameworks, methodologies, and tools to strengthen strategic delivery.
- Coach and support team members while fostering strategic thinking across the agency.

**Ways of Working**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time and priority management.
- Bring curiosity and a ‘why ’-driven mindset to every brief and conversation.
- Contribute to blogs, internal learning, and wider agency initiatives with a strategic lens.

- Proven experience in strategy, planning, brand consultancy, or an insight-led agency role
- Solid foundation in brand strategy: positioning, messaging, segmentation, comms planning
- Strong written and verbal communication - can turn insight into clarity
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
- Self-starter - you’re proactive and not afraid to take ownership of work
- You will thrive in ambiguity and deep diving into real-life challenges to inform your strategic recommendations
- Life sciences/health experience is a bonus - willingness to immerse yourself in the sector is a must
