**Job Description**:
The Treasury Analyst will provide support to the team in day-day activities related to reviewing financial transactions, cash flow, assessing assets and liabilities, preparing detailed and up-to-date treasury reports and financial forecasts. **Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage weekly cash flow forecast, collaborating with the respective operation teams to provide a realistic view of cash requirements.
- Manage the assessment of cash flow risk and the predictions of future cash requirements.
- Working with banking partners to ensure all banking requirements are delivered.
- Monthly covenant compliance reporting.
- Credit risk assessment on new and existing Silfab customers
- Support on-going financing transactions, gathering the necessary due diligence information supporting various transactions.
- Managing monthly debt schedules to support monthly closing efforts, and the verification of banking charges.
- Ensure best-in-class and innovative cash management processes and structures.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- CPA, CFA designation is considered an asset.

**Technical Skills**
- Expert level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- A highly attentive systems thinker who excels at implementing and maintaining efficient processes.
- Demonstrated time management and critical thinking skills.
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders.
